Nature of Donations
Donations to Pashu Rakshak Sangh are charitable contributions made to support our mission of rescuing, caring for, and protecting animals. These donations are utilized immediately or as planned for:
- Emergency animal rescue operations
- Medical treatment and veterinary care
- Food and shelter for rescued animals
- Operational expenses for our animal hospital
- Community awareness programs
Refund Policy
General Policy
As a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to our animal welfare programs. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate transactions (same amount charged multiple times)
- Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
- Unauthorized transactions (with valid proof)
- Payment made by error to wrong recipient
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Contact us via email at contact@pashurakshaksangh.org within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide Details: Include your full name, transaction ID, date of donation, amount, and reason for refund request
- Documentation: Attach any supporting documents (payment receipts, bank statements showing duplicate charges, etc.)
- Review: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel it:
- Contact us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation
- Provide your donor ID or registered email address
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle
- Already processed donations are subject to our standard refund policy
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after making a voluntary donation
- Requests made after 30 days of the transaction
- Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms (subject to their policies)
- In-kind donations or services
